Natalya Stahl Video Conference Reflection

Talking to PVHS alumni is always a fun experience because they always have something to say about how the school was different back then and seeing how everything has changed through the years. Hearing about Natalya's experience as a high school student, then going to Oxford University to study was very interesting. For me, I'm not going out of state for college, I prefer living here with my family and friends for now until I graduate university and see what my plan is going to be afterwards. Listening to how she has accustomed to living in the UK was interesting to listen to. It gets me wondering on how I am going to get used to the college experience whenever I talk to anyone who is currently a college student. This video conference was very enjoyable.

Dr. Justin Shafa Video Conference Reflection

I've always had an interest in the medical field, so I thought it was a good thing that I would be able to listen and talk to an actual Interventional Radiologist. The conference as a whole was very interesting and I kept my attention towards Dr. Shafa the whole time. I especially enjoyed the part when he did the show and tell with many different medical instruments that he would use in the hospital. The biopsy needle he should us was pretty interesting to look at, and how it works is pretty cool too. Listening to someone who is a medical professional is very interesting because they tell you what they had to go through to achieve their position, and hearing from Dr. Shafa, it isn't a very easy process. The amount of school work you have to go through is tremendous and takes a lot of dedication and perseverance to complete your studies and earn the degree. I really enjoyed this conference with Dr. Justin Shafa and am looking forward to other conferences that involved people tha...

Interview with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad Z: Thank you for coming to this interview Mr. Assad. Coming over here to the United States to help me conduct this interview with you must have been a troubling hassle. B: No trouble at all, its a pleasure coming here to conduct this interview with you. I always like spreading my ideas and opinions since many people just like to infer many things on their own without my word Z: Okay then how about we get started. Just recently it seems that you made a decision to push the Syrian army into taking back control of the Idlib province, which was the last rebel stronghold were millions of people took refugee after fleeing other parts of Syria earlier in its nearly nine-year civil war. What made you decide to take this route of action Mr. President? B: Having taking control of the Idlib province, this is a huge mark of significance that would help my drive in taking back all of Syria to end the conflict that has already killed hun...
